Nando’s gets in touch
Once we've received your completed application, we'll contact you back promptly. This first contact is as important to us as it is to you. This is when we get to know each other a little more and when we tell you about Nando’s and the franchise opportunity.
We send you a franchise kit, which includes the franchise agreement, disclosure documents, policy manual. The franchise kit will tell you all there is to know about the Nando's franchise opportunity, once we receive confirmation from you that you wish to proceed, we'll schedule a meeting with you.
This first meeting usually takes place at a Nando’s restaurant and is your opportunity to ask us anything you want. Together we’ll go through your application and make sure that everything is clear. This is when we can really start going into details together.
This is the bit where we do our homework and go through your application in detail. If you are successful and wish to pursue this franchise opportunity with us, we can then work with you and one of our trusted financial advisors to help get your finances in order and apply for a suitable franchise loan (more details below).
Once we’ve agreed on the location of your Nando’s franchise, you will know exactly how much it will cost. The funding gets confirmed by the bank, and we’re almost ready to roll. You and Nando’s work together to finish up all the documentation, and once it’s all done you will officially become a Nando’s Franchisee.
We have developed a very comprehensive training program for our franchisees. Training will start before your restaurant opening and is ongoing. It typically starts one month before the restaurant opening and continues on for another month afterwards. You’ll also get to familiarize yourself with our online training program.
The moment we will have all been waiting for finally arrives. We’ll organize the lease and make sure you’re 100% ready to start trading in the best possible conditions. Your dedicated local area manager will assist you with your marketing and we’ll make sure that the whole neighbourhood knows about your new Nando’s. Now you’re cooking with gas!
